Identifying the areas of ethical governance of professors in students' classrooms In the way of supercomposition and presentation of the model
The purpose of the current research is to identify the areas of ethical governance of professors in the classroom and present a model.
The meta-composite research method was used for the study. The field of research includes all articles published domestically during the years 1385-1400 in relation to the ethical considerations of professors in the classroom and the purposeful sampling method to the point of theoretical saturation. The study of articles continued until sufficient data was obtained. Therefore, in the end, 37 articles were selected to the extent of data sufficiency. The method of data analysis was done in the form of open concepts, central category and nuclear category. The result of the inductive and combined content analysis of the categories and the results and combinations was the extraction of a pattern related to the dimensions of the teachers' moral governance in the classroom.
The dimensions of the teachers' moral governance in the classroom which include six areas (religion, dignity, agency, attraction, practical obligation, and nature) was established.
Governing the ethical behavior of professors requires paying attention to the expectations of students in the way of dealing with them, as well as paying attention to the demands that higher education has on the professors for the purpose of educational quality, and they must morally try to improve it.
