Examining the Moral Obligations Arising from the Marriage Contract and its Impact on the Strength and Health of the Family System in Iran's Civil Rights
The marriage contract is required to have a religious face in the Islamic law, it includes moral teachings and special manners, the guarantee of their implementation is the conscience and individual ethics of the people in the society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the moral obligations arising from the marriage contract and its impact on the strength and health of the family system in Iran's civil rights.
The present research in a descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, while using the concepts of commitment and moral obligations, analyzes and evaluates the most important examples of moral obligations that are effective in the health of the family system and can be demanded in marriage. The traveler studies "good company", "loyalty" and "assistance" from the moral and legal basis.
According to the findings of the research, the mentioned three cases are the "moral obligation" of the spouses towards each other, and each spouse can demand its implementation from the court in case of violation by the other party and enjoy a legal enforcement guarantee.
The results of the research showed that the institution of family and family education has a role in promoting the society's culture and the stability of its social foundations. He included them in the civil rights and declared them claimable by the spouses.
