Cultural dialogues the most effective way to interact with Afghanistan

Cultural relations is an ideal-oriented approach that is formed with the aim of clarification and mutual understanding between nations, and non-governmental institutions and societies are its main actors. Therefore, the ideas and mental forms governing the relations between them, at any level and extent, depend on the interactive actions of elites and academics in interactions. The success of the foreign policy and cultural diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the countries of Iran's cultural domain depends on the proper use of effective cultural mechanisms and tools. The cultural dialogue approach of Iran's elites with the elites of countries that have a history of civilization and common culture, due to the influential position of the elites and intellectual-cultural reference groups of these countries, can play an important role in guiding and positive images. In this study, the research method used in this article is based on the study of library resources, which by emphasizing the element of culture in Iran's relations with these countries (the Republic of Afghanistan) on the description of the functions and capabilities of the cultural dialogues of the elites of this cultural field in creating powerful structures. And Baysdar deals with these countries in the interactive process and providing continuous opportunities for mutual thinking, common thinking and cooperation, especially between elites and reference groups of Iran.
