Investigating The Feasibility Of Establishing Knowledge Management In Iran Public Libraries Foundation According To The Pattern Of Kwan Yu Wang

The present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the feasibility of establishing knowledge management in Iran's public libraries based on the Kwan Yu Wang model.

The current research is practical and was carried out using a survey method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. The reliability of the questionnaire is also according to the value of Cronbach's alpha coefficient, 9. The research population was 115 people who were selected through cluster sampling. Excel and SPSS 2019 software were used for data analysis. To measure the average of eleven knowledge management groups, Pearson correlation tests, one-sample t-test, and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test were used, and Friedman's non-parametric test was used to rank benchmark groups.

The state of establishment of knowledge management in Iran's public libraries was in the medium group based on the eleven groups of Kwan Yu Wang. Also, the level of readiness of the institution for the establishment of knowledge management was evaluated at a medium level.

The results of the research using the one-sample t-test at a significance level of 0.001 showed that it is possible to establish knowledge management in public libraries in Iran.
