Abstract:

Passive defense is one of the most important approaches in the field of urban crisis management, to ensure the security of cities, and to deal with humanitarian crises. Their body, form, texture, how to plan and design are among the multiple dimensions of urban planning that if we pay attention to them, we will see many benefits for cities, especially in urgent and critical situations; Otherwise, opportunities will become threats and make the structure of cities vulnerable. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide solutions to increase the stability of Bonab city in accordance with the security defense needs of the city and its spatial-physical characteristics. The type of research is fundamental-developmental and its study method is descriptive-analytical. In this research, hierarchical analysis (AHP) has been used to weight the physical and spatial indicators of the city. The results of studies show that the infrastructure index is the most important criterion in passive defense planning.
