A Critique on the Popular Perceptionabout the Meaning of Absoluteness in Statusand Expression of the Preliminaries of Wisdom in it
Absoluteness (Iblāq) is one of the topics of the science of principles ('elme Osul), which is widely used in the science of jurisprudence. The absoluteness itself has two types of wording (Lafzi) and status (Maqāmi). Although there are detailed discussions about the wording meaning in the books of principles, the meaning of status has not been discussed as it should be. The only definition that was found about the meaning of status was provided by Shahid sadr. Considering shortcomings in the discussions of absoluteness of status (Eblāqe Maqāmi), it seems necessary to provide comprehensive research in this field. In this article, which was done by descriptive-analytical method and using library data, it was found that the definition provided by Shahid Sadr is not inclusive all cases of absoluteness of status; For this reason, the absoluteness of status is defined as; "an exceptional syllogism (qiyāse Estethnāi) and a special mark (qarineh Khās) which is concluded from the lack of expression of the sayer, the lack of supernumerary outgo (Mauneye zāed), like an independent element in the statement". It was also found that the enactment of absoluteness of status, like absoluteness of wording (Eblāqe Lafzi), requires the completion of the preliminaries of wisdom, i.e. proving that the sayer is in the position of expression and not using a constraint (qeyd).
