Abstract:
Background and Aim

The intrinsic authority of certainty is one of the issues that the famous jurists have accepted based on the Akhund Khorasani opinion and sought to prove it with theological, rational or rational reasons, and have made it the default of many principled issues, but from the point of view of Sadr and Imam Khomeini, these reasons are not complete and unacceptable. This article attempts to provide an acceptable and reasonable solution based on the principles of martyr Sadr and Imam Khomeini in this regard.
