Representation of the American media of new social movements In the Islamic world (2009-2020)

Today, new media and communication technologies are considered as an effective tool for implementing the policies and strategies of actors in the field of international relations. Among the actors in this field is the US government, which has always relied on media tools and various media techniques to control and manage developments in the international arena to ensure its interests. This issue can be seen in the developments of the Islamic societies of the last few years, as well as the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as the emergence of new social movements in these countries. Thus, the quality of the American media's response to the developments in these societies forms the main question of the present study. This is a question that we are trying to answer by using reliable sources and relying on an analytical method and reviewing the content of news published by major American media. The findings of the study indicate that the United States in the face of new social movements using its media representation tools and in the context of Western-oriented discourse, in the 12 threats and odds of emerging from new social movements It has been in the Islamic world.
