Investigating the relationship between information technology and green human resource management Given the mediating role of human resource management subsystems
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between information technology and green human resource management with respect to the mediating role of human resource management subsystems of the North Khorasan Agricultural Jihad Organization. The present study is a descriptive survey in terms of data collection method and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population is the staff of North Khorasan Agricultural Jihad Organization. People were selected as a sample. The data collection method included: library and field. In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, tables of frequency, graphing, mean and standard deviation have been used, and in the inferential section, parametric tests of structural equations have been used. The researcher analyzed the data obtained from the questionnaire after extraction and classification through PLS software. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between information technology and human resource management subsystems. There is also a significant relationship between human resource management subsystems and green human resource management.
