Provide a model for rural cooperative policymakers based on the model of resistance economy
This research was done with the aim of providing a model for rural cooperative policy based on resistance economy. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical community included members of the faculty and managers and experts of rural cooperatives who were aware of the research topic. In the qualitative section, a sample with a targeted approach and snowball technique (20 people) was selected, and in the quantitative section, due to the unlimited statistical population, a sample was determined according to the Cochran formula (180 people). The tools of data collection were in-depth interviews and researcher-made questionnaires, qualitative data were analyzed using a database approach and quantitative data were analyzed using structural equations. Spss17 and Amos20 were used. After analyzing the interviews, 128 primary concepts were extracted and categorized into 27 sub-categories, and finally, these sub-categories were divided into 12 main categories (instrumental forecasting in implementation, culture hypothesis test showed that the instrumental predictor variables of policy makers in implementation (0.445), culturalization of policy makers (0.603), native ability of policy makers (0.387), active participation of people ( 0.533), justification of public stakeholders (0.458), self-reliance (0.555), positive feedback (0.724), optimization of rural economy (0.480), resource development (0.581), Alignment of public and individual interests (0.616), rural development (0.749) and self-sufficiency (0.438) have a significant relationship with the successful implementation of rural cooperative policies.
