Institution of accounting, education, health and security in medieval Islamic societies

AbstractBy establishing Islamic government, new manifestations of bureaucratic culture and civilization started to come up. Education of citizenship, especially social security, economic security, mental health, professional health was very favored by Muslim governments. It didn't take long for special organizations to organize these matters. Hesbeh and Shreta were the main guardians of the rights of Muslim citizens, and Diwan Muzalem also cooperated in this matter to some extent; But there is a lot of evidence that Muslim governments have been faced with hoarding, under-selling, fraudulent sales and over-selling by merchants and businesses; especially when there was a famine or a war. The main issue in this article is to examine education related to social, economic, mental security and professional health. It is in the golden age of Islamic culture and civilization and its influence on the development and durability of Muslim states, which has been done in the library method. The findings of the present research show that Islamic governments gave special importance to citizenship rights as a part of their bureaucratic system. The result is that each of these governments tried to organize educational institutions and supervisory inspections related to citizenship rights in the face of other caliphate claimants; because they considered the observance of citizen's rights and the satisfaction of the people to be necessary to establish social and economic security and the durability of their power and government.Keywords: Golden age, Hesbeh, Inspection, Citizenship rights, Teacher education
