The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of coping skills training on coronary anxiety and resilience of students during the Covid 19 pandemic.
The present study was a pre-test and post-test with a control group in terms of applied purpose and methodology among quasiexperimental studies. The statistical population of the present study was all students of the Islamic Azad University of Garmsar in the academic year 1400-1401. Therefore, 30 students of Islamic Azad University of Garmsar were selected by voluntary and purposeful sampling and randomly divided into control and experimental groups.
The results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that after adjusting the effects of pretest, stress management skills training was effective on corona anxiety with %95 confidence in students during corona heart disease outbreak and also with %99 confidence in training stress management skills. It has been effective on student resilience.
According to the results, in the corona period, coping skills training has a significant role in reducing corona anxiety and increasing resilience in students.
