Confirmatory factor analysis and content validity were used to measure the validity of the questionnaire, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the items. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. Pearson's correlation coefficient statistical test and multiple regression analysis were used to evaluate the research model. In order to explain social indifference among students, variables such as individualism, idolatry of money, relative deprivation, reduction of social health, mistrust, meaninglessness and powerlessness were considered as independent variables (predictors) in this research.
The findings show that between the variables of individualism (0.265), idolatry of money (0.486), feeling of relative deprivation (0.432), reduction of social health (0.432), meaninglessness (0.267), Distrust (0.245) and powerlessness (0.397) have a direct and significant correlation with social indifference (P<0.01).
