Export is known as the driving force of economic growth and in the current situation, presence in the world markets is inevitable. It is necessary to pay attention to the economic complexity in a resistance economy, usually it is in confrontation with the dependent and consumer economy of a country. It is assumed that it is not passive and stands against the economic goals and tries to change the existing economic structures and localization based on the worldview and goals. The meta-combination method was utilized by searching the databases between 2009 and 2020 and after their staged evaluation. Finally, 58 final articles were approved, which led to the identification of 9 dimensions including export networking, government regeneration, Territorial analysis of export development capacities, formulation of industrial development strategy, future research and foresight based on economic complexity, creation of science and technology observatory, purposeful and intelligent modeling, human capital talent management, are co-evolutionary policy making and identifying variables. They have been considered in terms of model level, type, basis and area of focus. It is suggested that in order to improve the management of export businesses in Mazandaran province, based on the approach of economic complexity, the extracted 9 variables should be used.
