Investigating the Relationship between Job Satisfaction and Marital Life Quality and the Role of Reference Patterns in this Relationship in Employees of the National Iranian Southern Oilfields Company (NISOC)

In the current research، it is intended to study the relationship between the three factors of job satisfaction، marital satisfaction، and reference models by examining the married employees working in the headquarters of the National Company of Southern Oil Regions. The method of this research is correlation type. The statistical population of the research includes all married men and women working in the National Company of the South Oil Fields in 1401. The sample size is 89 people who were selected as available sampling. The tools used are questionnaires related to the research topic، which were given to the employees in printed form، and the statistical method used is the regression method using SPSS software. The method and tool of data collection is the use of field method and questionnaire tool. The subject area، spatial and temporal area، respectively، are all married employees of the National Company of South Oil Fields located in Ahvaz city in the spring of 1401. Also، the studied population is all married men and women of the National Company of South Oil Fields and the sample size is 89. There are people. The results of this research show that there is a direct and meaningful relationship between the three variables of job satisfaction، marital satisfaction and reference models. In this way، married workers who have job satisfaction and consider reference models are also satisfied with their married life، and on the other hand، married workers who have marital satisfaction and consider reference models in their lives are also satisfied in their jobs. They are successful and satisfied.
