Relationship between e-learning and integrated management with the mediating role of human resource optimization with the performance of secondary school principals city in Neka

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between e-learning and integrated management with the mediating role of human resource optimization with the performance of secondary school principals in Neka city. In terms of applied purpose, this research is a method of collecting field and descriptive correlational information based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population was all principals and deputies of Neka schools, 173 people, who were selected as a sample using Krejcie and Morgan table and stratified random sampling method by gender. Data collection tools were standard questionnaires of Hosseini e-learning (2014), integrated management of Baldrige (1999), optimization of human resources of Zabat (2009), performance of Hersi and Goldsmith managers (1980). The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by experts, the reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The value was 0.88 for e-learning, 0.95 for integrated management, 0.94 for human resource optimization, and 0.91 for managers' performance. Spss and Pls software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between information and communication technology and job performance with the mediating role of organizational agility. There is a relationship between information and communication technology and the job performance of professors.
