Providing a Project Management Evaluation Model in National and Mega Projects based on Multi Criteria Decision Making (Case study: South Pars Phases)

Abstract:

Success in project management is a very interesting topic from a scientific point of view as well as a practical one, and various models of project management success have emerged throughout history, which indicate the level of thought regarding successful project management and its sensitivity. Considering the importance of large and national projects in the country in the oil, gas and petrochemical industry, it is necessary to consider effective mechanisms and mechanisms in order to evaluate the level of performance and success of these projects. In this regard; In the current research, the researcher identified and prioritized the factors and components effective on effective project management in large and national projects in the form of a case study in South Pars phases, and the method of data collection was It was library studies. By using the qualitative method and conducting interviews with 10 scientific and practical experts in the field of project management in the phases of South Pars, the researcher identified 69 factors, of which 42 factors were confirmed by the experts and then using the TOPSIS technique. Topsis and SAW technique prioritized the factors. The results of the research showed that 42 sub-factors were ranked in three dimensions, including binding, foundational and facilitating dimensions, and at the end, suggestions were made to improve the project management situation for the projects involved.
