Investigating the Effect of Implementing ‎EFQM Model in Iran Office Machinery ‎Company

The most important result of the analysis of the effectiveness of the organizational excellence model is the regular review of the company's performance and its improvement. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of EFQM implementation on the overall performance of Iran Office Machinery Company and in particular and in more detail on improving employee performance, process, and improving relationships with suppliers and customers. The present study is a descriptive, field and cross-sectional study. The statistical population of this research includes employees, customers and suppliers of Iran Office Machinery Company. 383 people were selected as a statistical sample by stratified and random sampling. Questionnaire questions were measured according to Iran Office Machinery Industries Company, its adaptation and validity using the opinions of experts and its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha. Data were described and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test. Based on the research results, all hypotheses were proved. In the sense that the implementation of this model of organizational excellence EFQM in Iran Office Machinery Industries Company has been effective. Therefore, it was suggested to the company's management to strengthen its resources and supply platform for continuous improvement.
