Blended Training: an overview of dimensions and models

In today's fast-paced world, information and communication technology is the foundation for a huge transformation in the field of education and learning, so that electronic education has been combined with traditional education methods and has created a new way of education called "combined education" .Blended education is an effective approach in educational planning. ,which benefits from both traditional and electronic methods of education and is an inevitable necessity in the educational system.In this article , In this article it is tried to discuss the concept ,dimensions, and models of hybrid education by using the review research method. For this purpose, the studies conducted in this field in the period from 2000 to 2020 were reviewed .Based on the findings ,blended learning ,having the advantages of both traditional and electronic education approaches ,is an effective approach to increase the effectiveness of learning ,ease of access to educational materials, and increase the effectiveness of costs .Also , Badral Khan's combined education model is preferred over other models due to its focus on ethics.
