Survey of citizens' satisfaction with the performance of coupe staff (police stations and checkpoints) and ways to improve it in the North Khorasan Disciplinary Command1
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the level of people's satisfaction with the performance of the staff of the coups Khorasan Disciplinary Command in 1400. The research method was applied in terms of purpose, descriptive in terms of nature and research method, and survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population included all citizens of North Khorasan province in 1400, of which 256 were distributed among the citizens of 8 cities of the province. In order to collect information, a study of library resources and a questionnaire were used. The data collection tool was Chou (2010) Quality of Service Questionnaire. The validity of the tool was formal and content that was approved by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by Cronbach's coefficient 0.966. To analyze the test, the calculation of mean, impact percentage and prioritization was used by Ahp method with Expert choice11 software and 21spss version. The results showed that in general, the satisfaction of the citizens of North Khorasan province in 1400 from the police stations and checkpoints of the North Khorasan police force is above average. 79% on average in terms of appearance and tangible features, 78% on reliability, 75% on responsibility and accountability, 81% on guarantee, 79% on empathy, 74% on time and place, and 74 The legitimacy is 79%. Among these, the guarantee dimension with 81%, the highest and the timely and temporal action dimension with 74% have the lowest satisfaction.
