Helping the Victims of Accidents; Moral Duty or Legal Obligation

The lodge obliged human to aid each other. In some occasion, this issue is not considered due to degradation of general morality of the society. Therefore, legislators by considering the matter of human’s life forced all people to help each other as immediate as they can. Additionally, informing people to do refusal restriction from helping each other can propagate helping soul in the society. For this aim, legislators are utilized this rule. In this paper, besides investigation of these rules, it was compared with 295 Islamic law punishments as well as each condition was discussed.
