Abstract:

This study aim is to survey the relationship between satisfaction with the interaction of organizations and institutions as stakeholders and Makna plan at the police stations of Bojnourd city. The survey method is used as research method, in order to collect the data questionnaires of satisfaction with the interaction of organizations and institutions and a Questionnaire for Makna plan are used. Their reliability was measured by Cronbach Alpha test which was as 89% and 90% respectively. The statistical population of the study was 12369 which comprised all managers of the institutions interacting and dealing with police stations in Bojnourd. According to the Morgan table 63 people were selected through stratified sampling method. The using correlation coefficient test shows that there is a significant relationship between the components of satisfaction with the interaction of organizations and Makna plan.
