Studying the Relationship between Stakeholders’ Satisfaction and Application of MAKNA Plan in Bojnourd City Police Stations

The purpose of this study is to survey the relationship between stakeholder satisfaction and the application of MAKNA plan in Bojnourd city police stations. The survey method is used to conduct this research. In order to collect the data, stakeholders satisfaction questionnaire is used in which four sub-questionnaires of Customer satisfaction as stakeholder, employee satisfaction as stakeholder, satisfaction with organizations and institutions as stakeholders, and satisfaction with residents of jurisdiction as stakeholder are employed. A questionnaire associated with Makna plan application is prepared and used by researcher based on Deming’s theory. The measure’s validity is confirmed by experts and its sub-questionnaires reliability based on Cronbach Test result were 88%, 90%, 89%, 91%, and 90 % respectively. The statistical population of the study was 83050which is including all beneficiaries of Bojnourd city police stations which consists of Clients, employees, residents of the jurisdiction, organizations, agencies and institutions of the interaction during the year of 1393 (based on Iranian Calendar).Based on Morgan Table the sample size was 423 which were selected based on P.P.S sampling method from all aforementioned stakeholder groups. According to the correlation coefficient test results the main hypothesis was accepted, meanwhile the subordinated hypotheses relevant to the relationship between components viz. customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, satisfaction with organizations and institutions, residents of jurisdiction as stakeholder and MAKNA plan application were confirmed as well and there were significant relationship between them.
