The emergence of electronic education has further enhanced the field for the widespread application of learning-based training and other changes in educational procedures. Therefore, it is essential to understand the adaptability of the e-learning behavior of university students. Therefore, the present study is designed to design a quantitative model of influential factors affecting the establishment of an e-learning system in medical universities.
Survey research strategy and quantitative research method. The statistical population of all professors and scholars of virtual education at the North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences has been 440. The statistical sample was obtained by 206 random sampling methods. The research tool contains a researcher-made questionnaire with 51 questions or items. SPSS software and structural equations were used to analyze the data.
Research findings in the quantitative model of the factors affecting the establishment of an e-learning system in medical universities consisting of 13 categories and 51 components. According to the results of the dimensions of the Electronic Education System establishment and its prioritization, including specialist staff, content and content, student, hardware, cultural infrastructure, Pedeggy infrastructure, human infrastructure, requirements, economic infrastructure, external factors, Office infrastructure, technology infrastructure, and management and leadership were identified.
