An Identification And Introduction To The Factors Of Work-Life Balance Among Staff In Mazandaran Police Command
The objective of this work is to identify the factors of work-life balance among the staff in Mazandaran Police Command. So this study is practical in terms of survey type, it is quantitative in terms of data type, and it is a descriptive survey. Operating the findings of the research literature, a researcher-made questionnaire is conducted with 86 measures to identify the work-life balance factors in the statistical population using experts, managers, and employees' viewpoints. According to the statistical population, Mazandaran province is divided into four geographical areas. According to the percentage of a city the share ratio of each category is randomly identified. So, 98 staff is selected as a sample. Via the Factor analysis, three main factors of work, life, and balance are determined. To identify the factors in the sample, the scales were examined. Scales 1-52 are linked to the organizational dimension, scales 52-73 are linked to the individual dimension, and scales 73-86 are linked to the family dimension through component analysis using Varimax experimental rotation with a factor load of at least 0.4 is subjected to factor investigation. The results of the Cronbach test for the organizational dimension indicated a value of 0.636, an individual dimension of 0.699, and a family dimension of 0.832. The findings revealed that the main factors are: organizational, family, and individual factors. The outcomes demonstrated that the organizational factors include: "mission characteristics", "organizational benefits", "occupational stress" and "occupational flexibility". Moreover, in the individual factor, the components are: "feeling of progress", "job satisfaction", "life quality", and "feeling of security". In addition, the family factor contains: "family expectation", "family adherence to work-life balance" and "family satisfaction".
