The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between teleworking with work-life balance during the covid-19 pandemic. The research approach was qualitative. The sample consisted of 27 women with children less than 12 years old working in Tehran Municipality who were selected through purposive sampling with maximum variety in terms of age, number of children, position, type of contract and were determined based on theoretical saturation level. The data collection method is in-depth interview and the analysis method is thematic analysis. The findings showed that women worked away more than their husbands, so they were responsible for most of the housework. According to the findings, the relationship between teleworking and work-family balance during the Corona epidemic is placed in eight sub-themes and two main themes "the gap between the expectations and realities of teleworking “and "the potential to improve the work-family balance in conditions beyond the Corona era". This findings show that in the conditions of the Corona epidemic, telecommuting has been challenging due to the lack of infrastructure and requirements, so that depending on the individual family characteristics and the type of job, it strengthens the family-work balance or the work imbalance. It has been family. Despite the many limitations and challenges of working mothers, the continuation of teleworking after the corona era and the flexibility of work both in terms of time and place are essential in creating a balance of family work.
