Designing AJA's organizational behavior model in joint operations
Today, wars are mostly fought as joint operations, and manpower management is essential to achieve joint actions, in a coordinated and unified manner. Predicting and controlling human resources is crucial in achieving new management goals, so the goals of organizational behavior and the patterns that follow it are to understand, predict and control organizational behavior that we have addressed in this study . The purpose of this study is how to design a model of AJA organizational behavior in forming a joint force and planning and directing joint operations, which in this study has only dealt with the basics of behavior at the organizational level. This research is of applied and developmental type. The research method is descriptive-analytical as well as correlational. The statistical population of this study includes commanders, experts, professors, professors and experts of the Armed Forces in the field of organizational behavior management and joint operations. In this research, an attempt was made to take a comprehensive, macro and comprehensive view of the issue during the research and to design an appropriate model of organizational behavior for managing the organizational behavior of one of the armed forces, by studying theoretical and exploratory principles, preparing a questionnaire and obtaining experts' opinions. Finally, the analysis of research information and data has been done. Finally, the results obtained from the research show the three components of organizational change and development, organizational culture and the main elements of organizational structure, respectively, priority and 21 indicators .
