Among these contracts are contracting contracts in the field of urban construction, which have important effects and require the necessary attention and policy-making according to the urban components in the field. In this article, with an analytical-descriptive method and in the form of a library, we will examine the effects and policies of contracting contracts in the field of urban construction in the Iranian legal system because; In these contracts, more obligations are imposed on the other party, which is not a government.
