Structural Model Design the Role of Total Quality Management in the Productivity of Sports Organizations

The purpose of this study is to design and present a structural equation model of the role of total quality management in the productivity of sports organizations (sports delegations of Khorasan Razavi province). The method used in this study is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose; In this study, the standard questionnaire of total quality management (Rahimi and Keshtiar, 1396) and the questionnaire of productivity measurement scale in the organization (Rahimi and Keshtiar, 1396) were used. 0 and the organizational productivity questionnaire is equal to 0.88 Cronbach's alpha and was approved. The results of model fit indices showed that the fit indices have an acceptable value and the fit indices are at the desired level and higher than 0.9; The results also showed that total quality management and its dimensions affect the productivity of sports organizations; In the structural equation model and in the total effect section, among the dimensions of total quality management, the highest and lowest impact on productivity, respectively, are quality insurance with =0.86 and service and customer orientation with 590.59.
