The right to voice and face in Iranian law
Sound and face are two material and independent categories that are the subject of the right to the physical and spiritual integrity of man. The status of the right to voice and face, considering their common characteristics and as an example of the right to spiritual integrity, has not been studied from the perspective of Iranian law as much as it should be, and its components, especially in relation to categories such as public law, Humanity, privacy and intellectual property have not been explained and analyzed. For this purpose, the present article, based on the method of description and analysis, answered the question, what is the status of the right to voice and face as an example of the right to spiritual integrity in Iranian law? In this article, the components of the right to sound and face such as its basics, nature and characteristics are studied and it is concluded that the right to sound and face is a non-financial right related to the spiritual integrity and personality of a person and is one of the rules and regulations. The public follows non-financial rights. This right can be considered public right, human right, privacy and intellectual property under certain conditions. Iran's law specifically but incompletely provides criminal and administrative protection for the said right, but it does not provide special legal (civil) protection for it and apparently it is satisfied with general rules.
