Designing a model for evaluating and ranking suppliers of Clothing and individual combat supplies military-police organization

This research was carried out with the aim of designing a model of evaluation and ranking of suppliers of clothing and necessities for individual combat of a military-police organization in 1401.

According to the purpose of this research, it is of an applied type and the experiences of experts and experts of the research statistical community consisting of top managers and expert experts in the field of clothing and evaluation of suppliers in the supply chain of the military-police organization in the number of 30 people were used. The statistical sample of this research was polled in the form of a full count, including all the experts of the statistical community. In this way, after conducting library studies, through a questionnaire, regarding obtaining the opinions of experts and experts in the organization, regarding the determination of indicators and criteria for evaluating and ranking suppliers and calculating the relative importance of each of them. It was done with the content analysis method with the help of Maxqda20 software and the criteria were finalized after the validation. The final questionnaire has an acceptable reliability of 0.718􀀑

A comprehensive model of supplier evaluation, including 6 aspects, 23 components and 90 indicators, was designed and based on the results obtained from the SWARA weighting method, technical and production aspects, quality assurance system and evaluation of standards and financial/legal first ranks. They took the third place. In addition, the first to third components were determined in order of infrastructure and technical facilities, establishment of management systems and standards and supply quality. Finally, the indices of after-sales service, product cost and fixed assets were ranked first
