Effectiveness of communication skills training on commitment and social responsibility, adaptability and self-esteem of students of Logistics and Support of Imam Hassan Mojtaba University of Officer and Police Training

In this research, the effect of communication skills on social responsibility, adaptability and self-esteem of students of Logistics and Support University has been discussed.

The current applied research was conducted using quantitative method and semi-experimental technique of pre-test and post-test type with a control group. The statistical population is all the students of Logistics and Support courses in 1401 from which 40 were selected randomly. They were divided into both experimental and control groups, and after the pre-test, the experimental group was trained for ten sessions of 90 minutes. While the control group was not given any training to collect data, questionnaires of social responsibility and self-esteem were used. Data were analyzed using univariate correlation(ANCOVA) analysis and 22SPASS.

responsibility variables in pre-test was 25.3 and in post-test was 39.6, the compatibility variable in the pre-test is 52.7 and in the experimental group has increased compared to the control group.

communication skills training has been significantly effective in increasing the adaptability, self-esteem and responsibility of Logistics and Support students respectively. In other words, students can interact better by using this skill.
