Pension funds are financial institutions with long-term and intergenerational coverage that collect, accumulate and invest funds from premium payments in order to provide a basis for the payment of pension pensions to their members.. The research is quantitative in terms of research method and its main purpose is to identify and rank the proposed reforms in pension funds from the perspective of stakeholders. The researchers selected a statistical population of 200 people and its total number, finally collected 146 questionnaires and using SPSS software version 24 and a one-sample t-test to assess the importance of research corrections in the eyes of the subjects in three groups. In order to prioritize the proposed corrections into three groups, Friedman test was used and ANOVA analysis of variance test was used to compare the views of sample members about the proposed corrections by groups. The five identified and prioritized reforms based on the results of the research are: stability of professional fund management, meritocracy, specialization and replacement (review and change of appointment rules), establishment of a systematic system of government debt repayment to pension funds with new debt repayment strategies; Promote transparency and provide regular, credible reports in order to disclose information and prevent the spread of corruption, establish a community database targeting a comprehensive welfare and social security system, and formulate a national will to carry out reforms.
