The Relationship Between Organizational Learning With Employees' High Performance of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University (PBU)
The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship between organizational learning with employees' high performance of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University (PBU). The statistical population of the study is 320 people, and the sample volume using the morgan and krejcie sampling table was 175 people, then 220 items questionnaires were distributed by simple random sampling method, and 210 items of correct questionnaires were analyzed. The type of research is "applied", and the research method is "correlation". To collect information, from the library and internet studies method, and in the field method to measure the relationships between variables, from the 43-item organizational learning questionnaire, presented by watkins and marsick (1997); and the 31-item employees' high-performance questionnaire, presented by dimitrios (2016); with the likert scale, was used. The reliability of the questionnaire through cronbach's alpha calculation, for the organizational learning questionnaire, equal to 0.949; for the employees' high-performance questionnaire, equal to 0.921; and for the whole questionnaire, equal to 0.948; confirmed. For the data collected by the standard questionnaire, descriptive statistics indices were obtained using SPSS software; and in the inferential statistics section to analyze the data, structural equation modeling by AMOS software, was used to test causal relationships between the independent and dependent variables of the research. Findings and the conceptual model of the research, show that there is a positive and significant relationship, with a standard coefficient of 0.46 %, between organizational learning with employees' high performance of Khatam Al-Anbia Air Defense University (PBU).
