The dating of the tradition of the saints... Based on the analytical method of documents - text and its function

Several factors have affected the status of women in different societies. the first and second centuries of Hijri, with the advent of Islam, the status of women was affected, first in the Hijaz region and with the conquests, in a part of West Asia. Different cultures mixed with the new laws of Islam and created a new situation for women, part of which was related to before Islam and part related to after Islam. Among them, the subculture of burying women alive that existed before Islam and was banned after Islam.This research examines one of the propositions of this culture, which comes in the form of a narration from the Prophet. In this interpretation, the grave and wife are considered as two coverings for a woman, and the grave is superior to the wife for covering her.Based on the method of analytical dating of documents-text and determining the common link in the upcoming study, it is revealed that the textual authenticity of this narration goes back to before Islam and the creation of its document to the period after Islam.The function of this ignorant interpretation is to control and limit women in economic matters and reduce influence in government positions.
