Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of GHRM and CSR on sustainable performance with emphasis on the mediating role of OCBE. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population of the research was the employees of Alloy Steel Company of Yazd province (150 people) who were selected by Cochran's formula and through simple random sampling (108 people). The data collection tool was questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires indicate that the measurement tools have good validity and reliability. The results, showed that GHRM on OCBE and sustainable performance have a moderate, direct and significant effect and effect, respectively. Has a weak, direct and indirect, and significant, CSR of OCBE and sustainable performance have a weak, direct and significant effect and a weak, direct, indirect and significant effect, respectively, as well as OCBE on performance Stable has a direct, indirect and strong effect. Finally, organizational citizenship behavior can play a mediating role in the impact of GHRM on sustainable performance as well as CSR and sustainable performance. Despite the design model, it can be expected that the company can increase the level of GHRM and CSR in order to increase its sustainable performance, and if it wants to have more impact on it, it should be able to consider the changing role of OCBE.
