Abstract:

The issue of reviewing the attitude of first year secondary school students towards educational policies regarding the conditions of choosing a field of study is an important issue in the field of education. Choosing the field of study for students is one of the most important decisions that must be made in the secondary school. Due to this importance, educational policies are very important to create suitable conditions for students to choose their study field. In this review, the attitude of first year intermediate students to conduct different studies and researches has been investigated. The results of these studies show that most students in secondary school expect that educational policy makers will provide them with suitable conditions for choosing their field of study. Also, some students believe that only exams and grades are important for choosing a major, while other factors should be considered.
