Analyzing the role of Bushehr Province Admiralty's interaction with local people in improving the security of water borders

The development of extra-organizational interactions of Bushehr Province Admiralty with local people is a strategic issue that has been addressed from a theoretical point of view in recent years with slogans such as "community-oriented police" and "social capital of the police force". How and how to find objective, practical solutions based on the environmental geography and ecology of Bushehr Governorate has been a reason for conducting this research with the aim of analyzing the role of Bushehr Governorate interaction with local people in improving the security of the water borders of the province.

The research method from the point of view of the applied goal and the type of data is qualitative, which was done with thematic analysis method. The statistical population included organizational experts and elites and external managers. Among the population present in the study, 16 people were interviewed in a targeted manner (9 internal and 7 external). The data collection tool was in-depth interview. To analyze the data, the researcher used the qualitative research method of thematic analysis

The extra-organizational interactions of the Bushehr Naval Command with local people's organizations include 24 organizing themes, including: "Clarification of sources of tension, insecurity and social crises in the local indigenous community"; "Timely, clear and comprehensive response to unsafe rumors"; "Reflecting the performance of Bushehr Admiralty in dealing with criminals to the local people"; "The presence of naval commanders in cultural-religious ceremonies"; "Interaction of naval commanders in the meeting with official (government) and unofficial (local) influencers"; "continuous interaction with local informants to receive news about criminals"; "Familiarizing the native-local community with the notification system to quickly receive bad security news"; It was "providing specialized training to informants to reflect smugglers' news in a timely manner."

Adiyabani's social vice-chancellor should help to deepen Adiyabani's social capital by changing the one-sided and merely showy approaches, by teaching how to have easy access and two-way interaction with local people.
