The effectiveness of the aspects of traffic police training on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers (Khuzestan province)

In this research, the components of police training and the cultural and social skills ofdrivers were identified, and the purpose of this article is to investigate the effectiveness oftraffic police training on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers (Khuzestanprovince).

It is practical and correlational in terms of purpose. The statistical population included drivers and traffic police officers, according to Cochran's formula, 264 drivers and 277 warning writers were selected as samples. Data collection was done using a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done by "SPSS" and "Smart PLS" software.

Traffic police trainings have a positive and significant effect on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers in Khuzestan province, and the route coefficient is 0.870 and the t-statistic value is 65.390 for the drivers' questionnaire, and the route coefficient is 0.771 and the t-statistic value is 24.626 for the traffic police questionnaire. Traffic police trainings through family-oriented programs, school-oriented programs, national media, and social programs focused on improving the cultural and social skills of drivers in Khuzestan province had a positive effect, and traffic police trainings in awareness, risk management, and social responsibility of drivers in the province. Khuzestan was effective and the value of t statistic and the corresponding path coefficient for these variables were obtained in the acceptable range.
