Every aspect of management in the advanced era is highly dependent on information for prosperity. Nothing can proceed without information and it is generally believed that information is power and that whoever has information has power. Information is an important resource that is needed for the development of other resources. The change of conditions and environments has necessitated the need for the correct promotion of information at different levels of management. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between management information systems and the quality of decision-making and the performance of senior managers of the general offices of North Khorasan province. Management information systems are independent variables and decision-making quality and performance of senior managers are dependent variables. In this research, both the library method and the field method have been used for data analysis. The statistical population is a number of senior managers of the general offices of North Khorasan province, whose number was determined by simple random sampling of 40 people. In this research, the standard questionnaire of management information systems and the quality of decision-making and performance of managers, which was prepared and designed by researchers, was used. Using Cronbach's alpha, the reliability of the questionnaire was determined to be 730%. The analysis of data using The descriptive and inferential statistics of the sample T-test were performed using SPSS software. The results of the research showed that management information systems have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of senior managers.
