Investigating the Impact of Insurance Factors, Political Factors and Health System Networking on Success in Privatization with Emphasis on the Mediating Role of Strategic Leadership and Training and Empowerment
The aim of this study was to investigate the impactof insurance factors, political factors and health systemnetworking on the success of privatization with emphasis onthe mediating role of strategic leadership and training andempowerment.
This is an applied research. Thestatistical population will be a small number of managers anddeputies of private hospitals in Tehran. According to theinformation obtained, there are about 56 private hospitals inTehran and the total number of the statistical population is 743people. Therefore, 253 managers and deputies of privatehospitals in Tehran were selected as the research sample.
The research findings showed that all values offactor loads were greater than 0.5 and also the calculatedvalues of t for each of the factor loads of each indicator withits hidden structure or variable is above 1.96 (significancelevel is lower). Is from 0.05). The value of the second root ofthe explained mean variance index, for all variables, is thecorrelation of that variable with other variables.
The public sector has always been the subject ofmany criticisms such as inefficiency, excessive administrativeformalities, inflexibility, poor performance andaccountability. One of the important features of economicliberalization programs in recent decades is the privatizationof the health system. Among the goals of privatization policiesare the desire to increase government revenues, improveeconomic efficiency, and reduce government intervention inthe economy.
