Investigating the Relationship between Educational Management Optimization and Employee Self-Efficacy

Abstract:
Purpose

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the optimization of educational management and the self-efficacy of employees.

Materials and Methods

The method of this research is descriptive correlational and post-event. The studied community in this research included all managers and experts of the 22nd district of Tehran. The sample size was selected using Cochran's formula, 312 people were selected by the available sampling method, and Schwartz and Jerusalem (1992) general self-efficacy questionnaire was used to collect data.

Findings

The results of this research showed that the optimization of educational management has a significant positive relationship with self-efficacy (p<0.05).

Conclusion

Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the self-efficacy of the employees can be increased by optimizing the educational management and it is suggested to improve the self-efficacy of the employees by holding a specialized meeting with the title of training on optimizing the educational management for managers.
