Pathology of Labor Relations Using the Three-Pronged Model (Case Study: Tehran University of Medical Sciences)
Uncertainty of the environment and on the one hand the use of human power in transnational borders has led to an increase in attention to the dimensions of the damage of the system governing labor relations. The aim of the research is the pathology of labor relations in the work system using the three-pronged model in medical sciences hospitals in Tehran. The current research method is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of cross-sectional data collection and in terms of exploratory nature, the researchers collected data using purposeful sampling with 25 people in the qualitative phase, using semi-structured interviews. It was done with the human resources experts of Tehran Medical Sciences Hospitals, and in the quantitative stage, sampling was also done using G-Power specialized software using a simple random method of 175 people in the expert position. The tool of data collection in the qualitative stage was interview and in the quantitative part, questionnaire. Interpretive validity, theoretical validity, reliability and trustworthiness in the reliability of the qualitative phase were confirmed by the experts, and in the quantitative phase, the questions of the questionnaire with content validity, construct validity and reliability were confirmed by using combined, Cronbach and shared reliability in PLS software. Labor relations were obtained in three sections of behavioral, contextual and structural damages with 31 indicators. Quantitative analysis of factor loadings was significant at the confidence level of 0.99%, which indicated the confirmation of all identified injuries. It can be concluded that the behavioral, contextual and structural damages in the labor relations system in Tehran Medical Sciences Hospitals can minimize individual conflicts between managers and employees by using the identified indicators.
