Development of a recommender system for technical and professional training courses to skill training applicants, job seekers and skill learners

Recommender systems try to help users and customers in choosing options and products. This article is part of the results of a research project in which a recommender system has been developed that can offer suitable courses to the student by receiving his preferences and attributes. The required basic concepts, applicable methods and evaluation criteria are introduced and the efficiency of the proposed method is verified with the help of test and evaluation. The obtained results show that the course recommender system can guide trainees to suitable training courses with proper accuracy.
