The aim of the research is to identify the components, dimensions and variables of optimal sports governance. The research is practical according to its purpose. has paid international and national levels; In this way, after analyzing and identifying the mentioned indicators and dimensions in official international forums, reports, books, researches and articles related to foreign and domestic as well as in the laws and programs of the country's governance, collecting and forming a sports information bank. factors, indicators and components). The statistical community is made up of experts and experts in management. In this research, by taking advantage of the opinion of all the people selected as experts, by directly referring to the community of experts, information was collected through a questionnaire. The collection of primary data and Excel software was used to enter the data of the questionnaire. The results of summarizing the models showed the existence of 4 dimensions, 15 constructs and 43 variables. Three stages were done. Using the fuzzy Delphi technique, all main and secondary indicators were determined. In the following, fuzzy Dimetal method is used to determine the relationship between components. It is necessary to mention that the matrix obtained from Dimtel's technique shows both the cause and effect relationship between the factors and the effectiveness of the variables.
