Investigating the transformative course of Iranian melodrama in cinema, analyzing emotional intensity and social interpretation according to Peter Brook's theoretical perspective
This article examines the transformation process of Iranian melodrama in cinema from the perspective of analyzing emotional intensity and social interpretation according to Peter Brook's theoretical perspective and it was formed by qualitative analysis in library method. The upcoming study examines the role of emotional intensity in melodramatic storytelling, the techniques and strategies used in Iranian melodrama to evoke emotions, along with film examples to show their effectiveness and, in addition, how Iranian melodrama addresses social issues and critiques social norms with The use of allegory, symbolism and narrative tools has been investigated and by using the theoretical perspective of Peter Brook, it has revealed its relationship with the analysis of emotional intensity and social interpretation in Iranian melodrama. The findings show that the unique characteristics and roles of Iranian melodrama and its influence on Iranian cinema and society have been emphasized a lot.
