Identifying the strengths and weaknesses of Dikte Yar multimedia program in order to provide a solution
The purpose of this research is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Dictation multimedia program and provide solutions to improve the program. The qualitative research method was thematic analysis. The study area was all the teachers using Dictation multimedia program in the elementary school of Yasouj city in the academic year of 2023-2024. The criterion-oriented method of targeted sampling was used. The sample size was 15 people until reaching theoretical saturation. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was performed using the Stirling method using MAXQDA12 software. The findings showed that the strength of Dictation multimedia program includes 18 organizing codes and 5 inclusive codes (positive points of the program for teachers, for parents, for students, technical and educational strengths). The negative points of the program include 36 organizer codes and 2 comprehensive codes (technical and educational limitations). Program improvement solutions including 9 organizing codes and 4 comprehensive codes (supporting, content, technical and generalization of the program) were obtained. As a result, Dictation multimedia program as a low-cost program based on educational models in order to reduce citations weaknesses and disadvantages by presenting the solutions obtained from this research can be used more effectively in educational systems.
