Analysis of Qur'anic documents on the components of Jihadi management in the thought of Imam Khamenei

The Holy Quran considers the most important management style to be "jihadi management" and has emphasized it in several verses. The Supreme Leader (Madazaleh) with several decades of management experience, inspired by the management teachings of the Holy Quran, has considered this management method as a tool for the realization of the new Islamic civilization. From the data-based method, it is trying to provide an answer to the question: What are the Quranic documents and the components of jihadi management in the management thought of the Supreme Leader and how are they analyzed. The result of the research shows that in the Quranic thought of Imam Khamenei, in order to realize and objectify Jihadi management, it is necessary to first realize the triple layers of "reliance and reliance on God", "hope and aspiration for exaltation" and "ultimate effort and perseverance". The complete method should be institutionalized in the management style of the organization, and in the next stage, "vigilance and continuous monitoring of the surrounding environment" should be taken care of as a general and comprehensive layer in jihadi management in all directions and organizational requirements.
