Strategies to Strengthen Internal Structure in a Military Organization
For any organization, including military entities, a fundamental requirement for achieving success in their missions is to concentrate on strategies that enhance the organization's internal framework. This research seeks to elucidate strategies for enhancing the internal framework of a military organization, serving as a case study. This study applies what it finds by using a case-field methodology and collecting data through both written methods (like taking notes) and hands-on methods (like interviews and questionnaires). After a thorough review of the existing literature, interviews were conducted with 20 experts, specialists, and people in strategic positions. This led to the discovery of 92 unique strategies. Following the confirmation of reliability, the coding process led to the creation of a questionnaire with 47 strategies, with 28 dealing with material aspects and 19 with spiritual ones. The statistical population comprised 65 experts, officials, and commanders from the organization under study, all of whom participated in the research process without necessitating sampling. It was found through statistical analyses that spiritual strategies are more important than material strategies for strengthening the organization's internal framework. The most valuable material strategies are "enforcement of justice and fair distribution of resources and privileges" and the most valuable spiritual strategies are "officials keeping their promises."
