Providing a smart university model for developing a knowledge-based system: a mixed method

This research is considered a Applied Research in terms of purpose and a survey research in terms of implementation strategy.it is also based on the research plan and how the data is collected, the present research is of the descriptive type used to collect information on documentary and field study methods.The statistical community of this study includes experts and experts from the intelligent University in which 10 people were selected by the non probable sampling method of the targeted type and snowball and their views were extracted and refined using the Delphic method then in the validation phase of the model with the targeted sampling method the opinions of 120 university professors in the analysis Statistics have been used. The study first examined the literature of the subject using a library method, resulting in the preparation of a preliminary framework of the components and indicators of the intelligent University on the development of the knowledge-based system. Then, using this initial framework and obtaining the opinions of experts with the approach of Delphi technique, the components and indicators of the Smart University on the development of the knowledge-based system have been identified and prioritized. The study continued with the validation of the model using confirmation factor analysis and statistical tests. According to the research results, the dimensions of the intelligent university model in the development of the knowledge-based system include 8 dimensions: management dimensions, strategic dimensions, regulatory dimensions, organizational dimensions, human dimensions, environmental dimensions, infrastructure dimensions, governance dimensions.
